Was this movie supposed to be a pilot for a series that never got picked up? Pretty much Hanna-Barbera-ish. That robot dog movie was a totally demented flick. Tell it "CHOMPS" and follow it with a number and it does something. Tell it "CHOMPS number 666" and it would play a song of Van Halen's "Running With The Devil" I guess. It never got to a command where it told the dog to do his business on the lawn...if you know what I mean. ;-) Maybe they'll rerelease this in the theaters...when pigs fly. Val sure looked good then as well as now. It might be rebroadcast whenever some station feels like it. Lotsa luck in the video rental department. |
